  It's okay... But I don't understand why there's signs up advertising their 15 minute Fast Break Lunch guarantee when you have to remind them that bit exists. My wife and I have been here twice for lunch and both times, after ordering items from their selection that qualities, we've had to ask to ensure it was still going on.
  Not to mention the lunch servers seem to just disappear for extended periods of time. There's hardly anyone here - where do they go?
  My wife's order was wrong but she was focused on the appetizer we were sharing and by the time she realized her salad wasn't right, our server was nowhere to be found. She ate it anyway due to time constraints and left unhappy with the visit.
  I suggest a better management presence on the floor..... Our visits to other restaurants have always been better when there's a manager of some sort who walks around checking on everyone - BWW should do the same.

  The food here was good, and it's not the most expensive place nor the most crowded, even on a Saturday night. The latter is the issue. Even with the place only half full, we were not checked on much at ALL. Sure, our server was nice, but she checked on tables 5 or 6 more times than ours. Other than that she just stood talking. I recommend the food, not the staff.
