  I ordered online with a 50 percent off discount code. The code was not accepted properly and I was billed full price. When I went to pick up my pizzas, they were ready and waiting, and Kelsey refunded my credit card for the amount that I was overcharged. I am pleased with the fast, professional service..and the pizzas are fabulous, too!

  Bought a Jack O Lantern pizza and this was our first Papa Murphy's pizza and we thought it was very good. My husband said it was one of the best pizzas he has had in a very long time. Our daughter and her husband ordered one too and they had had Papa Murphy's many times before so they knew the pizzas were good. We will definitely be getting them again.
  Our two grandchildren wanted to have some but they can only have Jet's Pizza due to their food allergies.

  I ordered a create your own pizza. I waited 30 minutes for my pizza. 4 people that came in and ordered after me and paid was given their pizza before me. I told the manager I had been there 30 minutes and she argued with me that I had not been there 30 minutes only fifteen. I said no I have been here 30 minutes and 4 people after I paid for mine has been given their pizza and left, she told me that I could leave, that she was not going be talked to that way I said all I said is there had been 4 people that have been served that came in after me and that I had been there 30 minutes. and that as a manager she should not argue in public with a customer, she said here is your ticket and it is only fifteen minutes, she made my pizza and gave it to me. I looked at pizza and said this is not my pizza the fifteen minute pizza was another persons that had come in after me. I tried to contact owner to let him know my experience but the number the manager gave my wife was for Dickson Papa murphy not the owner, I usually have had no problem , I go there all time,but to me a manager should not argue with the customer. and should not ask the customer to leave especially when the customer was right
